The lady says that she has complained to the institutions, but nothing has been done. She has not even been provided with a protection order even though her ex-partner goes to her workplace.

"I filed a complaint with the police, but no arrests were made and no action was taken. The thing that kills me the most is that in addition to the denunciation that has been made, he has come to the workplace. I feel, why not, threatened. I don't like this person coming to the place where I work, and nothing," she said.

The scenes of violence are shocking, but apparently not for the Kosovo police.

"More than violated and more than blackened. I was bloody both on my body and on my face. I actually called the police and they didn't answer me well. They told me why I was on patrol. I told him that I am not calling you in vain, but bring a patrol. It came to me in the family and the cause of the family. They thought that I am happy and many other things. At the height of his bloodshed, he deceived the family, saying we had an accident. The state has not done a single thing and the worst thing is that a woman was killed.
