The Mayor of Elbasan, Gledian Llatja, and a representative group of "Kurum" employees have reached an agreement regarding the issue of 500 dismissed employees.

At the meeting, it was possible to negotiate that no one will be fired and in terms of payment, no one will receive less than 35,000 new gross lek per month and everyone will receive food allowances for 22 days of work.

Those who will be at work will be paid with 100% of the salary, while those who will be at home will be paid according to the collective contract, with no less than 35 thousand new ALL.

"This is a process that has been happening for several years for 'Kurum', and it has been the same for years. We asked for explanations from the company, while yesterday we had several meetings. Today we had a final negotiation, where we reached the conclusion that no worker will leave work for an indefinite period. No one has received less than 35,000 new gross lek per month and everyone will receive food allowances for 22 days of work.
