The family refuses to retrieve the body of Arben Lleshi, it will be buried by the municipality

Arben Lleshi

The body of Arben Lleshi has been in the Morgue of Tirana for over a month and a half. The family members do not go to retrieve the body because of the fear of revenge. 

The Institute of Forensic Medicine has requested the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan to grant permission for the burial of Lleshi. 

It is reported in the media that the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan will approve the permit and then it is the relevant directorate at the municipality that will carry out the burial of Arben Lleshi.

Arben Lleshi was shot dead inside the prison by Sokol Mjacaj, another sentenced to life imprisonment. Indrit Shaqja was also injured.

It is suspected that Mjacaj committed the serious crime against payment.
