"Epstein" file/ Former official's email is revealed, mentioning

An email revealed from the "Epstein" dossier has attracted attention, as it includes a communication sent by Thorbjorn Jagland, former Secretary General of the Council of Europe, to Jeffrey Epstein, just one day after his official visit to Tirana.

In an email dated May 25, 2012, Jagland writes: " I've been to Tirana, there are extraordinary girls."

Jagland's visit to Albania, on May 24, 2012, included meetings with senior state leaders.

 Jeffrey Epstein, who was an American financier, became known for serious allegations of child trafficking, sexual abuse and exploitation.

He ran a vast network of sexual exploitation that included underage victims and high-ranking political, business and social figures.

Epstein was arrested in 2019 and died in his prison cell under suspicious circumstances. Investigations into him and possible connections to powerful individuals continue to roil international political and social scenes, including connections to figures like Thorbjorn Jagland. /CNA
