The crime chief of the Devolli police station, Pashk Syziu, is being investigated by the Police Surveillance Agency for violence against Marcel Buçi.
The latter confessed to the media that he was provoked in Deizi Arapi and was then called by the police.
He said that when he went to the police, he was raped by the head of crimes in his office.
“Mbrëmë kam dalë për kafe dhe jam konfliktuar me fjalë me Deizi Arapin e cila me ka kërcënuar dhe provokuar që unë ta godisja por nuk kam reaguar. Pas debatit më njoftuan nga familja që policia po më kërkonte në shtëpi, erdha në banesë dhe më shoqëruan në komisariat. Atje, në zyrën e shefit të krimeve, ku ishte prezent edhe një punonjëse policie, shefi i krimeve pa asnjë shkak më ka goditur në pjesë të ndryshme të trupit me grushta dhe shkelma. Nuk kam reaguar dhe kam qëndruar i qetë derisa hyri në zyrë një tjetër punonjës policie i cili e qetësoi situatën. Më pas shkoj te drejtoria e policisë dhe bëj denoncimin në AMP. Ndihem i kërcënuar, jam shumë i prekur nga kjo situatë dhe ndihem i pasigurt dhe jo i qetë”, është shprehur ai./CNA.al
