Again money has been seized in the Port of Durrës.

It is about 24,980 undeclared euros which were found in a van coming from Italy.

A 32-year-old driver of the van was handcuffed.

Police Notification:

The operation, from the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in DVP Durres, in cooperation with the Border Police and the customs authorities in the port of Durres.

24,980 undeclared euros are seized.

The driver of the van in which the sum of euros was found hidden was put in handcuffs.

Në vijim të operacionit policor të koduar “Eurot”, bazuar në inteligjencën informative, është finalizuar faza e dytë e operacionit policor të koduar “Eurot”, në kuadër të të cilit është ndaluar një furgon që vinte nga Italia, me drejtues shtetasin A. Sh., 32 vjeç.

Gjatë kontrollit të specializuar, nga Task Forca permanente që përbehet nga Policia Kriminale e DVP Durrës, Policia Kufitare e portit të Durrësit dhe autoritetet doganore të portit, në furgon u gjetën 24 980 euro të padeklaruara, të cilat u sekuestruan në cilësinë e provës materiale.

Në vijim të veprimeve është bërë arrestimi i shtetasit A. Sh., 32 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, drejtues i furgonit.
