In a press conference, the governor of the Bank of Albania, Gent Sejko, spoke about the Fiscal Ministry, emphasizing that there are costs and benefits, which according to him are a function of the formalization of the economy, increased financial inclusion and the formalization of the economy.

Sejko said that the costs are the risk of money laundering, as the money that comes from criminality and corruption should be avoided.

Among other things, he adds that the Fiscal Amnesty should be studied to be an instrument that works to improve fiscal administration, to avoid fiscal evasion.

 " The opinion of BSH was also expressed before the Assembly and press conferences. Regardless of the draft, BSH sees the amnesty as having costs and benefits, but in function of the formalization of the economy, increased financial inclusion and the formalization of the economy. The amnesty has a positive impact and will bring liquidity and help the state budget.
