Ajola Xoxa appears before SPAK/ Here is the new accusation against Veliaj's

Ajola Xoxa arrived at SPAK this morning. Xoxa is appearing under the security measure "compulsory appearance". The wife of the arrested mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj was seen this Monday at the premises of this institution, where it is learned that there was also a notification on another charge.

Today, the Special Prosecution Office has communicated a new charge to Ajola Xoxa, that of concealing income.

Xoxa is under investigation for the charges: "Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials", committed in collaboration (9 times), "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" and "Refusal to declare, failure to declare, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or of any other person who has a legal obligation to declare" ./CNA
