Famous Korçar Ilir Vrenozi, in an interview with CNA, made a direct call for a total media boycott of Prime Minister Rama. According to him, it is time for the media to show that they are not tools of power, but voices of citizens and the truth.

He accused most of the media of not having the courage and character to undertake such an act. Vrenozi expressed his disdain for journalists Elvi Fundo and Çim Pela, whom he said were the only ones who spoke about the incinerator affair and for this he said that he "takes his hat off" to them.

The Korçë democrat ended the interview with CNA with a note of deep disappointment towards the current state of Albanian journalism.
