Pak ditë më parë, Elon Musk u tërhoq nga marrëveshja për të blerë kompaninë "Twitter".

Nuk ka kaluar shumë kohë dhe "Twitter" ka reaguar ndaj tij, duke dërguar në gjykatë një padi për mosrespektim të marrëveshjes për blerjen e rrjtetit social.

Me anë të kësaj padie, "Twitter" i ka kërkuar gjykatës në Delaware të urdhërojë njeriun më të pasur në botë që të përmbushë obligimin dhe të paguajë shumën e premtur, siç ishte shkruar edhe në kontratë.

Sipas kreut të bordit në "Twitter", Bret Taylor, kontrata që ka me Elon Musk e obligon atë që të respektojë dhe përmbushë detyrimet. Ai ka kërkuar nga gjykata që ta trajtojë me prioritet rastin.

Përveç kësaj, në padi ekziston një listë e gjatë e pikave që sipas "Twitter"-it, Musk nuk i është përmbajtur.
