Frank Riberi has decided to retire from football. The French midfielder has ended his career by admitting that it was impossible due to numerous injuries.

A decision which has been greeted by many of his teammates over the years, but also by the clubs where he has spent his career. The club where he spent the most years and where he had the greatest successes was definitely Bayern Munich and the Bavarians have thanked the player with a post on social networks.

"Thank you for making us part of it", the Bavarians wrote with a video showing one of Ribery's goals and his celebration with his teammates in front of Bayern fans, a club where he won 9 Bundesliga titles, 6 German Cups, 1 Cup League, 4 German Supercups, 1 Champions League, 1 European Supercup and 1 Club World Cup with the Bavarians.
