VIDEO/ Strakosha makes a hero in Greece, saves the penalty against PAOK

Albanian national team goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha was crucial in AEK's goalless draw against PAOK in the 21st week of the Greek championship.

The 29-year-old became the protagonist in the 12th minute, waiting for a penalty taken by striker Giorgos Giakoumakis.

This moment kept the net intact and secured an important point for the AEK team on the road.

Thanks to this draw, the yellow team continues to hold first place in the standings with 49 points, two more than the following Olympiacos.

The Albanian goalkeeper's performance has been considered key to the team's performance in the race for the championship title.

Strakosha is confirming a consistent form, becoming a reference point for his formation in the Greek Super League.
