DECISIONS/ Discipline "forgives" Martin and Ilirija, two clubs in the

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association has revealed the decisions taken regarding the recent events that occurred in Albanian football.

It falls into two fines for Vora and Elbasan in Superiore.

Vora's director, Bazion Tragaj, has been suspended for four matches for misconduct towards referees.

Vllaznia coach Edi Martini has had his suspension lifted and will return to the bench, starting with the next match.

Illyria's request to play its home games at home and not on a neutral field, as per the first decision, was also accepted.

DECISIONS:

1. KF Vora, for failure to comply with obligations and responsibilities and activity regulations, causing delays during the match, based on Article 8/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
2. KF Vora official, Bazion Tragaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
3. AF Elbasani, for incorrect behavior of spectators, causing the temporary interruption of the match due to the ignition of pyrotechnic devices and using offensive chants, based on Articles 17/2/c and 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek.
4. KF Iliria official, Mario Bytyci, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activity.
5. KF Kukësi official, Albi Lika, for provoking spectators, based on article 14/1/f, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from activity.
6. Shkëndija Tirana U-17 player, Jurgen Karaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activity.
7. KF Shënkolli U-16 player, Enea Nikolli, for violent behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from activity.
8. The player of KF Teuta U-16, Stiven Cela, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
9. The player of KF Teuta U-16, Henri Gjyzeli, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
10. The player of KF Teuta U-16, Dario Merja, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is punished with a 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
11. FC Pepa U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-16 championship, against KF Vllaznia U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
12. Antigonea player, Nikolas Karabashi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
13. Acceptance of the request of the KF Vllaznia official, Edi Martini, for the conversion of the remaining part of the punishment, based on article 75 of the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
14. Pranimin e pjesshëm të kërkesës së KF Iliria, bazuar në nenet 67 dhe 74 të KDE, për rishikimin e Vendimit nr. 15, datë 05.12.2025, të KDE-së, lidhur me pikën 3, duke vendosur pezullimin e dënimit për zhvillimin e pjesës së mbetur të ndeshjeve të sezonit futbollistik 2025–2026 në fushë asnjanëse.
Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 34 të KDE, do të jetë 1 (një) vit dhe, në rast përsëritjeje të shkeljeve të ngjashme, pezullimi do të revokohet dhe klubit do t’i vendoset dënim shtesë. Lënien në fuqi të pjesës tjetër të dënimit, zhvillimin e pjesës së mbetur të sezonit futbollistik pa praninë e spektatorëve, në zbatim të nenit 6/3/b të KDE.

15. Rrëzimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të KF Iliria U-17, Dejsli Farruku, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës dhe Etikës.
16. Rrëzimin e kërkesës së lojtarit të KF Iliria U-17, Elvis Marku, si të pabazuar në Kodin e Disiplinës dhe Etikës.

Kundër vendimit lejohet ankim brenda 3 (tre) ditëve përpara Komisionit të Apelit.
