Shpendi prepares for the big step, Serie A club wants him

Cristian Shpendi's future at Cesena remains uncertain, even though the Albanian striker renewed his contract just a few months ago.

Cesena failed to advance to Serie A, being eliminated in the play-offs. Despite this, Shpendi's good performances have attracted the attention of several Italian clubs.

Torino and Fiorentina have previously been mentioned as interested, while Bologna has recently entered the race.

The latter is looking for reinforcements for their participation in the Europa League after a successful season. Shpendi is seen as a valuable alternative for the offensive department.

Coach Vincenzo Italiano could help further develop the player. In the meantime, he continues to be absent from the A national team under Silvinho.
