Sensational / Two national team players change teams, the defender is transferred to Turkey

Two Albanian national team players appear to be set to change teams this summer. Enea Mihaj has reached an agreement with Turkish club Samsunspor, after the end of his contract with Famalicao in Portugal.

The 26-year-old defender has signed a four-year contract with the option of a further season. This will be his first experience in Turkey, following spells in Greece and Portugal.

At the same time, Mirlind Daku is close to a move to Zenit St. Petersburg. His current club, Rubin Kazan, is expected to benefit from the transfer of 4.5 million euros.

Daku has had a positive season in Russia since 2023 and has earned an invitation to the national team. His medical tests are scheduled for the weekend.
