Shkëndija and Drita believe in qualification, Tetovan players get the big victory

Shkëndija e Tetovo won 2-0 against Slovan Bratislava in the fifth round of the Conference League, achieving an important success for the qualification race.

The Tetovo team took the lead in the 33rd minute thanks to an own goal by Bajric, following a corner kick. Before the end of the first half, Spahiu doubled the score in a quick counterattack.

In the second half, Shkëndija managed the advantage well and secured three valuable points. With this victory, they move up to 18th place with 7 points and have one more match to play.

Meanwhile, Drita was defeated 0-3 by AZ Alkmaar, proving powerless against their Dutch rival. Mijnans, Jensen and Sadiq scored the goals for AZ. Despite the loss, Drita maintains 15th place with 8 points.
