Roma starts strongly, the striker is assured. Almost two more approaches

Roma have made an early start to the transfer market, securing their first major signing of the January transfer window. The Reds have reached an agreement for Joshua Zirkzee, who is expected to return to Serie A after his time at Manchester United.

The deal includes a €5 million loan and a €35 million buyout clause if the club qualify for the Champions League. The Dutch striker is seen as a key player for the attacking wing in the second half of the season.

In parallel, Roma are negotiating with Atletico Madrid for Giacomo Raspadori. The Italian player has given his consent to the transfer to the “Olimpico”.

Reinforcements are also expected in defense, with Axel Disasi as the main target. Roma's goal remains to build a competitive team for the Champions League zone.
