Midfielder gets big news, misses national team call-up

The Albanian national team has begun training today as part of preparations for the 2026 World Cup play-off match against Poland.

The team led by coach Silvinjo held its first training session this afternoon at the "House of Football", where the focus was on the gym, physical exercises and tactical schemes on the field.

23 players took to the field, while Myrto Uzuni, Nazmi Gripshi and Ylber Ramadani will join the team tonight, Uzuni and Gripshi due to travel and Ramadani for family reasons, as he became a father for the third time today.

The next day, the National Team will hold another training session at the "House of Football", while the team will travel to Warsaw on Wednesday to play the match against Poland on March 26, at 8:45 PM.
