AFF and the “City Group” Academy discuss cooperation opportunities

The leaders of the "City Group" Academy visited the Albanian Football Federation, in the context of exploring opportunities for cooperation in order to develop football and increase the quality of coach education.

The President of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, welcomed the delegation to his office, where an open exchange of ideas took place on the development of Albanian football and the prospects for raising standards in this field.

Following the visit, the academy representatives held a working meeting with the Technical Director of the Albanian Football Association, Fulvio Pea, the Coordinator of the President's Office for Sports Affairs, Abdyl Kuriu, as well as representatives of the Technical and Education Departments.

During these meetings, the possibilities of an eventual partnership were discussed, which would aim to create sustainable bridges of cooperation through the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices in the technical field.

In this context, ideas were raised for possible initiatives, such as engaging AFF coaches in the role of lecturers in activities organized by the "City Group" Academy, as well as the inclusion of academy coaches in AFF educational programs.

Also, the possibility of organizing joint technical activities and friendly matches between the teams was discussed.

This meeting marks an important step towards expanding international cooperation and exchange of experiences, while the parties remain in the phase of discussions and evaluation of concrete opportunities for future cooperation.
