Lushnja and Apolonia officially fall, all verdicts in the First Category

Apolonia and Lushnja have officially been relegated from the First Division to the Second Division, marking a critical moment for two clubs with history in Albanian football.

At the end of the championship, both teams suffered heavy losses that placed them in the bottom two places in the standings.

Fierakët were defeated 2-4 by Burreli, ending the season in 11th place with 27 points, while Lushnja came away with no points from the challenge against Kastrioti where they lost 4-1 and ranked last with 26 points.

Meanwhile, Luftëtari and Kukësi managed to avoid direct relegation and will seek to stay in the category through the play-out phase.

As for the promotion race, Skënderbeu and Laçi have secured direct passage to the Superiore and will face off on Monday for the First Category champion title.

Pogradec, Iliria, Besa and Kastrioti will continue the competition in the "play-off" phase to aim for a place in the elite.
