Inter and Atalanta reach agreement, only formalization is missing

Atalanta have completed the transfer of Nicola Zalewski from Inter. The agreement between the clubs has been completed and the player will sign a contract until 2030, following a medical which is expected to take place on Tuesday.

The Pole leaves Inter after just seven months, a period in which he made 17 appearances. Inter bought him from Roma for 6.5 million euros this summer, and now he is receiving 17 million, realizing a capital gain of over 10 million euros.

The transfer of Zalewski gives coach Juric an important element for the wings, which he knows well from his period in Roma.

The operation is not related to the future of Ademola Lookman, for whom Atalanta have not yet set a price. Inter have not made any new moves after the first rejected offer and the track for the Nigerian striker seems to have cooled significantly.
