70 million euro move, Gyokeres towards the Premier League

Swedish striker Viktor Gyokeres is close to a move to the Premier League. Arsenal have shown a concrete interest and have made a significant offer to secure his services for next season.

According to British media reports, Arsenal executives, led by sporting director Andrea Berta, have decided to invest significantly in the striker, offering 70 million euros to convince Portuguese club Sporting to transfer. 

The striker is expected to earn a weekly wage of £200,000, which translates to around £7m a year (around €8.3m). These terms have put Arsenal in a favourable position against competition from Manchester United, a club that had also been following developments around the Swedish player with interest.
