Manchester City triumphed 2-0 over Wydad Casablanca in the Group G match at the Club World Cup. 

Pep Guardiola's side were dominant from the start and took the lead quickly. Foden opened the scoring after just two minutes.

The Belgian took advantage of a corner kick and managed to score again, in what was also the last goal of the match.

On the other hand, Wydad tried several times to take risks with counterattacks, but they made mistakes in the final moments of the action.

City thus starts the Club World Cup with a victory and temporarily takes the lead.

In the next match, Inter did not go further than a 1-1 draw against Mexicans Monterrey, in the debut of coach Cristian Chivu.
