The development of a low atmospheric pressure center in the Northwest Balkans will continue to dictate the weather conditions in Albania as well, bringing dense clouds which will generate rain and snow.

It is predicted that the most visible rains will be in the afternoon and evening hours.

Air temperatures will continue to rise slightly in the morning and in the afternoon, fluctuating from 2°C to 17°C.
