Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that a delicate intervention took place in Shkodra's hospital and ended in failure.

Through a post on social networks, Rama announced the operation to reconstruct the damaged urethra on a 63-year-old man.

Among other things, the prime minister thanked the doctors and nurses for the successful implementation of this project.
