The Socialist candidate for the Municipality of Vlora, Brunilda Mersini, described today's election day as very important for the city, but also for her as a competitor.

In a statement to the media, Mersini called on the citizens of Vlora to vote with their hearts, minds and civic responsibility for the good of the city.

"Thank you very much for your support on this significant day. It is a significant day not only for me personally, who is running as the first woman in the Socialist Party logo, a woman who follows the rhythm of the city, its energy, who knows the people of the city and has the dedication of the people. But more important than me, this day is for the city, for the citizens of Vlora who have always shown democratic culture and civic responsibility on election day. I wish that they vote today with their hearts, minds and civic responsibility for the best of Vlora. The participation is very good, we are satisfied with the participation.
