Dismissal of Veliaj/Gjokutaj: The opposition's vote has nothing in common

Municipal Council member Genc Gjokutaj stated that the opposition's vote in favor of the proposal to dismiss Veliaj has nothing in common with the proposal of the socialist councilors.

Gjokutaj stated that the Socialists want to dismiss him because they are playing a political game and are implementing a political role to remove an accused person and finish the work with the Municipality of Tirana as they planned.

"Veliaj should exercise his right as the court has said."

This is the first time a mayor has found himself in these conditions.
