Prime Minister Edi Rama today addressed the curiosity created in public opinion about Diella, the Minister of Public Procurement created with Artificial Intelligence.

In his speech during the presentation of the Startup Albania platform, Rama emphasized that Diella is not being delegated the responsibilities to govern or make final decisions, but only to do what she does better than people.

"The curious fact is that people never change, and what I learned from the minister we're talking about, when we asked her to prepare her speech in Parliament, she brought up something very crazy, for example, when electricity was first invented, parliament rejected it because it wasn't legal."

The parliament at that time decided to continue with candles and not allow electricity to light the parliament. That was what came to mind.

Sometimes it's unfortunate that people let themselves be, through videos and data and doing what members of that era did against electricity. On the other hand, there are many misunderstandings not necessarily rejections based on arguments. People who have a different opinion, we don't understand that the AI ??minister will not make decisions for us, we will make the decisions.
