The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in his speech at the leadership meeting, said that very important decisions will be made at this meeting.

Berisha said that with the May 30th Assembly, the election process in the Democratic Party is finalized and the foundations for a transformation are sanctioned.

Further, in his speech, the leading democrat said that the disease of oppositionism is inertia, which is what makes the DP appear indifferent to its historical mission.

" A meeting with very important decisions. We finalize with the National Assembly, the election process in the DP and sanction the bases for a true transformation of the DP. Transformation which implies the renewal of our political force, implies organization for this force. It implies the elaboration of the vision of this party in these pillars. The DP will achieve that necessary transformation to fulfill a historic mission, the return of the free vote and the return of the DP to power. The disease of oppositionism is inertia and this disease makes us show indifference to this process which is vital for the DP.

"The DP today, more than ever, needs the efficiency of each of its leaders and members. The DP has a vital need to exploit every potential that digitalization and Artificial Intelligence offer ," said Berisha.
