The Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, shared today about the investment in Zvërnec.

In a connection with the show "The Unexposed", Ibrahimaj said that there is still no signed project.

The Minister stated that the figure of 4 billion euros, which constitutes about 15% of the country's GDP, is a figure that cannot be overlooked.

Ibrahimaj stated that this investment is expected to have a chain effect in agriculture, trade and transport, while also targeting around 20,000 temporary jobs and 10,000 permanent jobs.

"We do not have a signed project. The goal is to have sustainable development. 4 billion euros is a value, of the first submitted project, the willingness of investors to invest amounts to 4 billion euros. It is about 15% of GDP, a huge value that comes to the country and cannot be overlooked. It is not a value that enters only the tourism sector, but according to international and our own studies, the multiplier effect of an investment in tourism, gives a chain effect in agriculture, trade, transport. It is an effect that in a short time, gives almost doubling the value of the investment. This translates into jobs. We are talking about about 20 thousand temporary jobs, people who will be engaged in the construction of the project, but also 10 thousand permanent jobs", - said Ibrahimaj. /CNA
