The leader of the Christian Democratic Party, Nard Ndoka, commented today on the protests taking place in the country in recent days.

Speaking on "A2 CNN", Ndoka said that the idea of ??active citizens has irritated Albanian politicians, as it portrays those who participate in rallies as people who are far from political tutelage.

According to the politician, on the one hand there is the fear of Prime Minister Edi Rama and on the other hand the opposition, who thought they owned the square.

Further, Ndoka added that the biggest problem with the system is the blockage that the left and right have created, to make it difficult to penetrate the system.

"It is a protest that gives hope and confidence that there are citizens who think beyond political tutelage. The idea was created that citizens do not react, that youth only sit in cafes and this protest has completely overturned the story of Albanian politics. That is why we see politicians worried and irritated. Edi Rama had never thought that citizens could oppose him in his decision-making. Rama is scared to death, but the opposition has also been placed in a very difficult position, as it thought that the square is the property of the opposition. The problem is that today we have a political system blocked by both sides and it is very difficult to penetrate this system. In this regard, there is a kind of hope, but to be realistic it is on the verge of impossibility", - said Ndoka. /CNA
