"They have the same demands as us"/ Berisha: I join my voice in congratulating Rama at the protest

After leaving SPAK, the leader of the Democratic Party of Albania, Sali Berisha, was also asked about the protests that have been taking place for more than a month in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

Berisha reiterated his stance in support of the protest, adding that their demands are the same as those of the opposition.

He also ruled out the Democratic Party's intervention in the protest. Regarding the birthday greetings to Prime Minister Edi Rama, he said that he joins the voice of the citizens.

"I join my voice in congratulating Rama on the protest. The protest has received international support, and from the most powerful party in Europe. We were in protest, this protest came out and has the same demands as us, and we only fully support it," Berisha said. /CNA
