Balluk Investigations/Journalism: The Acts Are Over, What Evidence Can Be Destroyed in the 2 Cases

Journalist Xhevahir Zhabina spoke about the investigations against Belinda Balluku and the security measures against her.

Invited to the show "The Unexposed" with Ylli Rakipi, he said that because the Llogara tunnel and Lot 4 of the Ring Road are finished, there is no more evidence to spoil in these two cases.

"From what we know publicly, the prosecution is not fair in this case, because the Llogara tunnel is finished and Lot 4 of the Ring Road is finished. What evidence can it destroy in 2 specific cases. If there are other cases for Ms. Balluku where she can destroy evidence, SPAK should tell us if she is under investigation for other cases.

"Arben Ahmetaj, Erion Veliaj and now Belinda Balluku is the third number to be hit and SPAK is doing politics with the investigations, so it is giving political effect to the investigations," said the journalist./ CNA
