Race for Tirana/ Dash Shehi to the opposition: You can't take someone who came from the village, a millionaire

The head of LZHK Dashamir Shehi spoke about the race for the Municipality of Tirana, where the opposition has not yet fielded a candidate against Ogerta Manastirliu.

According to Shehi, the opposition has names that could be good to run for Tirana, mentioning Ilir Alimehmet and Jorida Tabaku.

Shehi stated that the opposition cannot accept a man who came from the village to run for Tirana just because he is a millionaire.

"Alimehmeti and Tabaku gave a signal that they have sympathy. They are young and have knowledge. You can't take someone who came down from the village there... they may be millionaires but... I would support these young people. I would also support Lapaj. He is not a Tirana character, but he produced something. But they kicked him a little, like a cow's milk", said Dash Shehi./ CNA
