Agreement with the SP on "Electoral College"/ Berisha: We must turn

DP Chairman Sali Berisha explained the reasons for the DP's agreement to establish the Special Commission for Electoral Reform.

Berisha said that their agreement came after the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations in the latest report. According to him, these recommendations should be turned into law so that citizens can vote freely.

"They are an endless series of OSCE/ODIHR recommendations. In the last report, they branded the May 11 elections as an electoral farce. We feel obliged to turn the right recommendations into law, although with Edi Rama, citizens will never vote freely. The territorial reform was an anti-reform. Of course, we will do everything to remove these injustices, to cancel them, and this with the help of the congress of regional authorities of the EC. That is why we voted for these two commissions. The opposition's effort will return the vote to Albanians ," said Berisha. /CNA
