Democratic MP, Luçiano Boçi, reacted a few minutes ago regarding the problems created this Sunday by the heavy rainfall in the Shkodra District.

Through a post on social media, Boçi emphasizes that this situation highlights the mismanagement and corruption of local and central government.

Boçi states that emergency interventions must be made, as the consequences always fall on citizens.

"It only took a few hours of seasonal rain in the Shkodra Region, Vau Dejës Municipality, to highlight the irresponsibility, incompetence, mismanagement and corruption of local and central government."

The Glina Stream has flooded hundreds of homes and is putting people's lives at risk, not according to the excuse that "nature is attacking", but according to the reality that no precautionary measures or investments have been taken to protect itself.
