The journalist of the Veliaj family, Mero Baze, in one of the recently written op-eds, continues the attack on prosecutor Ols Dado in relation to the "Veliaj" case, bringing back to the scene Nesti Angoni and a second accuser named Nasta Pëllumbi from the "Citizen Anti-Corruption Movement".

Mero Baze argues that there are no facts and evidence for the serious crimes and that the charges brought against Erion Veliaj, according to him, are fabricated by anonymous informants and refute the claims of prosecutor Ols Dado that the arrested mayor is dragging out the process.

The truth is simple.

Mero Baze writes nonsense, lies, deceptions, and is an ordinary fraud.

This is proven, as for 237 days he has not released the document regarding the accusation that he and Veliaj are making against prosecutor Ols Dado for initiating investigations into the issue of how permission was not granted for an addition that, according to them, the prosecutor requested. Not a single document since the fabrication of this fraud.

The attacks on the prosecutor and the judiciary by Veliaj's media end up in reports that are lobbied for by paying $220,000 and sent to the US Department of Justice.

Successive frauds are fabricated, which have been debunked one by one, starting with the most ridiculous one, that prosecutor Ols Dado is a DP activist, at a time when the leader of this party has been accused for more than a year and there is an open case against him at SPAK.

To understand these errors, it is enough to remember the truth that Mero Baze is paid by Veliaj. That is enough to understand the attacks on the judiciary and the prosecutor.

Not to mention that Mero Baze was a scoundrel who got into a fight with Berisha over tender deals and has now become a billionaire with the Renaissance government.

To understand the essence, it doesn't matter who made the report, Nesti Angoni or, as the journalist of the Veliaj family says, Nasta Pëllumbi.

The essence is the 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses for which Erion Veliaj is in prison.

Over 60,000 pages of evidence and facts have been submitted, which prove the 13 charges and criminal offenses committed by Veliaj.

9 times corruption, abuse of office, laundering the proceeds of crime, concealment of property, bringing prohibited items into the cell.

This is what people want to know. What other evidence is required?

The law has determined that even with anonymous informants, the investigation begins. In Veliaj's case, the fact is that evidence and facts were found that led to a criminal charge being filed against him.

And in fact, the Erion Veliaj case was unraveled from Adela Kondakçiu's phone, a scheme that CNA has made public, just as it has made public many other facts about how witnesses were intimidated into silence before justice.

If Veliaj was not "guilty" and had not committed any criminal offense, why did he take Klotilda Bushka and Ajola Xoxa to take Ina Goxhaj's phone? For what reason? What was on that phone?

The accusations against Veliaj cannot be said to be lies and fabricated by Ols Dado.

If Ols Dado is crazy, what can they say about Altin Dumani? How can two prosecutors be crazy enough to fabricate charges against Erion Veliaj? Why do they have to do this?

How can two prosecutors fabricate charges against a mayor whose party is in power, since if this were to happen, Berisha's accusations that Rama is in power and controls SPAK would be proven.

In this case, Veliaj would be like in the case of Kadri Hazbiu, who said "my party put me in prison". Veliaj should also come out and say "my party put me in prison".

It is not possible for a prosecutor to put a person in prison out of spite, since there are courts, and all levels of courts have put Erion Veliaj in prison.

The truth is that there are no fabricated accusations, but there are facts and evidence.

Veliaj, if he were a man, would go to justice, as it has been almost 9 months since the file was sent to court and he continues to drag out the processes and not face justice, the facts and evidence that speak volumes against him.

Apparently he is not a man as a politician, but he is as he says, a fool. He uses media scoundrels like Mero Baze to deceive you. He thinks that Mero is widely read and is worth a lot, but he has forgotten the old socialist expression that "Mero is worth less than toilet paper in a toilet bin."

Now he's talking nonsense about fabricated accusations. The facts and evidence are there and he needs to face justice.

The essence is the 13 serious charges and CNA will once again re-examine Veliaj's scandals and every document that substantiates those 13 serious criminal charges so that Mero, his "wretches" and Veliaj's defendant lawyer stop talking nonsense./ CNA
