How to use oregano for hair and nail health

Oregano is a spice widely used in the kitchen and very popular in our country. This plant named "Mountain Happiness" grows in Albania throughout the year.

The birthplace of oregano is actually Europe, but it has spread significantly in many areas of the world. But in today's article we will not talk about oregano as an ingredient that gives you more flavor to your food or more health to your body.

Why you should use it

Oregano is known for its antibacterial properties that remove bacteria and various infections that can affect the body

For infected nails

To remove fungal infections from your nails, just mix half a cup of coarse salt with a cup of baking soda in a basin of lukewarm water and immerse your feet or hands in it.

Let them rest for 20-30 minutes and then dry them with a towel.

Take some oregano oil in your hands and carefully rub it all over the area where you have the infection.

In order for your nails to fully heal, try to keep them moist and apply oregano oil 3 times a day.

Against dandruff and dry scalp

For soft hair

Just mix 1-2 tablespoons of dry oregano and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract in a glass of water.

Heat this mixture for 45 seconds or for 30 seconds in the microwave and let it cool.
