Viron Prodani brings to the readers' attention his book entitled "A little history about the National High School of Korça, professors and lyceum students", where the entire history of the Korça educational institution is told. 

The school opened its doors on October 25, 1917 as the French High School by the decision of the government of the Autonomous Republic of Korça.

In 1921 it was renamed to the National Lyceum. It was a secular school, where all subjects were in French except for the Albanian language subject

Of course, this school attracted quite a few young people, who were passionate about the French language, but also its culture.

The book is divided into 15 chapters, where the educational staff of the school, the results of the high school exams, the literary cultural activity and the list of students for the years 1917-1948 are shown. 

During this period of time, about 2060 students have studied in this school, among others, members of well-known Korça families stand out.
