Based on the information provided by the police intelligence, that in the village of Dush, in a building abandoned for years (public property) it could have been adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants, within the police operation coded "Godina", the Police services exercised control.

During the control in the abandoned building, one of the premises of this building was adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants by means of lamps, where 578 suspected cannabis sativa seedlings were found in cubes and pots, as well as 103 electric lamps and other electrical devices that served for the realization of this criminal activity.

Following the actions, citizen FM, 62 years old, resident of Laç, the electrician of the area, was arrested in the act, and citizens JD, 41 years old, resident of Fushë-Arrëz, IM, 32 years old, resident of Shkodër, were prosecuted while at large. and AB, 32 years old, resident of the village of Hajmel, (OSHEE working group covering the area) for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty". "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Theft of electricity".
