This evening, the testimony of Xhemal Loka, the husband of 41-year-old B. Loka, who poisoned herself with phototoxin, was disclosed.

Xhemal Loka denied to the investigators that he had abused his wife. He said that they had conflicts as a family, but they loved each other.  

The victim's husband hinted that his wife may have killed him because of the address on "TikTok", after declaring that the night before they celebrated the New Year together.

"I have three sons and a daughter to whom I am engaged. My wife has been experiencing stress and anxiety lately. The suicide may have come as a result of opening a TikTok account in her name. The night before she killed herself, she had no worries, she was calm celebrating the New Year.

In the morning I saw that he had drunk poison and I took him quickly with my brother's car to the hospital in Durrës to save him. I did not violate the woman. I had my wife at home, I did not drive her to commit suicide. I love my wife and I have not violated her. We had conflicts like any family, but I loved my wife. I loved her as the mother of my children", said Xhemal Loka./ CNA
