Murder at "Kodra e Diellit"/ The 42-year-old wanted man is extradited

42-year-old VK, who was declared internationally wanted for the murder of BS from Kodra e Diellit, about 3 years ago, has been extradited from Germany.

The Tirana Court had imposed the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" on citizen VK, accused of "Premeditated murder" and "Unlicensed production and possession of weapons, explosives and ammunition".

Accused of premeditated murder, in 2022, the 42-year-old man declared internationally wanted will be extradited from Germany. 

The 42-year-old was arrested in Germany in April 2024, during the codenamed operation "Versus", finalized as a result of the exchange of information between the State Police and their German counterparts. Within the framework of the cooperation of Interpol Tirana with Interpol Wiesbaden, for the localization, capture and extradition of citizens declared internationally wanted, the citizen: VK alias VK, 42 years old, was extradited from Germany to Albania. 

The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, with the decision dated 23.11.2022, has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder" and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". This citizen is suspected of having killed with a firearm the citizen B. S. / CNA on 30.10.2022, in the "Kodra e Diellit" complex.
