Accident at Viroi Curve/ Two people lost their lives, another was injured

An accident occurred this afternoon on the "Gjirokastër-Tepelena" axis at a place called "Kthesa e Viroit".

As a result of the collision of a "Volkswagen Cady" with a "Mad" vehicle, the driver of the Volkswagen, PK, 58 years old, lost his life. The passenger in this vehicle, who is still unidentified, also lost his life. The driver of the Mad vehicle was injured.

At around 14:00, on the "Gjirokastër-Tepelena" road, at the place called "Kthesa e Viroit", the "Volkswagen Cady" vehicle, driven by citizen PK, 58 years old, resident of Gjirokastër, collided with the "Mad" vehicle (Army vehicle), driven by citizen B. Gj., 54 years old, resident of Tirana. As a result, the driver of the "Volkswagen Cady" vehicle, citizen PK, and the passenger in this vehicle, still unidentified, lost their lives. Also, citizen B. Gj. was slightly injured, and is receiving medical assistance at the Gjirokastër Regional Hospital.
