The murder of Shkëlzen Kastrati/ Elmir Tufa is arrested

The Operational Police forces have arrested this Thursday Elmir Tufa in Fushë-Kruje.

Tufa is accused of murdering Shkëlzen Kastrati on February 1, 2021.

Kastrati was executed at the roundabout at the entrance of Fier, as he was coming from this direction with his Mercedes Benz vehicle.

The perpetrators were chasing him in a Range Rover type vehicle and shot him with a gun.

The victim lost control of the car and collided with another vehicle on this road, in which father and daughter were, endangering their lives.

Police notification:

Thanks to the police intelligence, the Krujë Police Station in cooperation with the services of the Special Forces Sector of Special Operations and the Search in DVP Tirana, locate, capture and handcuff a much-wanted citizen, with high social risk.

Wanted for murder, the 31-year-old was arrested and imprisoned.

The services of the Kruja Police Station in cooperation with those of the Special Operations and Search Force Sector, following the work to locate, capture and bring before the criminal responsibility of the citizens declared wanted, based on the information provided on the road operative, for the location of a citizen much wanted by the Police, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Location".

As a result of this operation, on the Fushë Krujë-Vorë road axis, today, citizen ET, 31 years old, resident in Tirana, was located, captured and handcuffed.

This citizen was declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense of "Premeditated murder", after he killed the citizen Sh. K.
