A 38-year-old man stole the vehicle of a 20-year-old man and a bag of personal belongings in another person's car yesterday afternoon.

The stolen vehicle is a "Golf 4" type car, which the 38-year-old GT drove while not having a driving license.

Today, the blues of Shkodra caught the citizen GT

The "Golf 4" vehicle was found and seized as material evidence. Also, the stolen bag was seized, which was found during the search in the apartment of citizen GT
