Video - The 20-year-old driver gets on top of the moving car, gives the steering wheel to the passenger

It has been circulating in the network, where a boy got on top of the car while the vehicle was in motion.

These dangerous maneuvers were carried out in a residential area, becoming a danger to themselves and other road users.

After the publication of the video, the services of the Korçë Road Police organized checks in order to identify and punish him.

The verifications showed that the person who got into the cab of the car is the driver with the initials MM, 20 years old, a resident of Pogradec.

While the driver sat on the cab, the maneuvers with the steering wheel were performed by the passenger.

For this act, the 20-year-old was punished with an administrative measure of ALL 75,000, as well as his driving license was revoked./ CNA
