VIDEO-Anti-drug operation 'Pietari' in cooperation with Finnish authorities and SPAK

Police have shared footage from the police operation codenamed "PIETARI", a joint action with Finnish authorities.

During the operation, about 110 State Police employees were engaged in the execution of 11 security measures. Specifically, the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime, the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, the National Security Force, in cooperation with the local police directorates of Tirana, Berat, Vlora and Gjirokastër, were involved.

Out of 11 security measures, the State Police, in cooperation with the BKH, have executed 9 security measures and work continues to capture 1 citizen, while 1 citizen, from the information provided, is not in Albania, and is cooperating with partner authorities to locate and capture him.

Also, important evidence has been seized for the continuation of the preliminary investigation and the property investigation./ CNA
