The police of Shkodra have arrested a 45-year-old man with the initials KB, who was caught with an arsenal of weapons in his car, which he was going to sell.

The police report that they have seized 2 pistol firearms, 1 shotgun firearm, 1 pneumatic air pistol, doses of cocaine and quantities of cannabis, suspected narcotic cannabis seeds, fist enhancers and knife cutting tools.

Police Notification:

In implementation of the measures defined in the nationwide operational plan "Rule of Law", the coded police operation "District" was finalized.

The operation was carried out by the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic in DVP Tirana, in cooperation with the Special Force for Special Operations and Search in DVP Tirana, and with the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic in DVP Shkodër.

A 45-year-old man who was in possession of a firearm, with the intention of selling it, was caught in the act and put in handcuffs.

2 pistol firearms, 1 shotgun firearm, 1 pneumatic air pistol, doses of cocaine and quantities of cannabis, suspected narcotic cannabis seeds, fist enhancers and cutting tools were seized.

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic in DVP Tirana, in implementation of the measures defined in the nationwide operational plan "Rule of Law", after information provided about a citizen who would transport firearms from Shkodra to Rinas, with the aim their sale, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "District".

As a result, in Rinas, a UN citizen, 45 years old, resident in Shkodër, was caught and arrested in the act.

During the physical check, the Police found 2 firearms, pistols, on the 45-year-old, which were seized as material evidence.

Following the actions, in cooperation with DVP Shkodër, a search was carried out at his apartment, in Shkodër, and during the search, 1 shotgun with combat ammunition, 1 pneumatic air pistol, doses of cocaine, quantities of cannabis, cannabis seeds were found and seized. suspected narcotics cannabis, punch boosters and knives.

From the verifications carried out, it is suspected that the 45-year-old arrested has secured the firearms, with the aim of selling them.
