The GJKKO has decided to accept SPAK's request and has sent the file for 32 people for trial.
The citizens who will be tried are: Nj. A, YB, Rr.D, OL, AM, AC, JG, E. M, AL, R.GJ, RI, XH.K, FR, GE, MD, DC, RS, BN, BR, DQ, A.Sh, Y.Ç, A.Sh, M.Gj,BY, B. I, B.Xh, BL, AN, FS, AR, LL, Xh.A, PC
They are charged with "Assistance in illegal border crossing", "Forgery of identity cards, passports or visas", "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of a criminal offense by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group" and "Abuse of office".
Investigations were conducted into the activity of this group during the years 2022-2024./ CNA
