He trafficked weapons from Kosovo to Albania to sell them/ The 44-year-old man

After several weeks of intensive investigative work, the blues followed the police operation codenamed "The Transporter" and struck a case of illegal possession of firearms, with the intention of selling them.

As a result, the citizen with the initials K. (A) was caught and arrested on "Llazi Miho" street in the capital. C. (Ç)., 44 years old, resident in Tirana.

During the inspection of the vehicle that the 44-year-old man was driving, the police services found two firearms, pistols, one of them with a cartridge in the slot, ready to fire, a silencer, a comb and ammunition, which were seized as material evidence. together with the vehicle and a mobile device.

From the verifications carried out, it is suspected that the 44-year-old, after securing the firearms in Kosovo, trafficked them to Albania, with the intention of selling them to other persons.

We remind you that earlier, as part of the "Transporter" operation, another citizen was handcuffed and two firearms and pistols were seized./ CNA
